Anyway, here are my goals I would like to accomplish, and what I'm going to be doing to achieve those goals. I will be putting some personal information up, so if you don't have anything nice to say please don't say anything at all
- Love my body, even though it has flaws! ( I kinda don't know what I' going to do for this yet... Do you have any ideas?)
- Find a work out and stick to it! ( Pinterest, youtube, Apps, ANYTHING!)
- Eat more Vegetables, Drink more water! ( no more take out for you unless its a cheat day. Don't let a cheat day become a cheat week or month!)
- Make sure to log everything on lose it!
- Write a post about what happened that day, and list 3 really good things about your day or your self!
Oh My Goodness! These are the same goals I have! I really need to learn to love myself despite my size, shape and weight. I need to learn to change my attitude toward myself so that I don't transfer that toward others. I don't like being so negative about myself and in turn- others because of it.
ReplyDeleteThere are changes I'd like to make, for instance, cut back, if not completely cut out, processed foods. There are a lot of changes I'd like to make. Since ours are so close it'd be nice to have someone to talk to and encourage besides just myself. It makes it easier for me to stay on track and at the same time feel like I'm helping someone. Who better to help than my own daughter! Can't wait to see you and talk to you more about this. I'm excited to see what we will be eating. Let me know what I can help with.
